A great way for employees to show their support for Ellsworth Community College is by donating to Ellsworth College Foundation or volunteering/participating in our many events that include: our annual gala, parades, receptions, alumni reunions plus others. Another great way to help is by "Liking" our social media pages and sharing our event posts! Every thing helps get our message out! Thank you for supporting Ellsworth College Foundation!
Gift-In-Kind Donations: Goods or services can be donated by Gift-In-Kind to Ellsworth College Foundation. Also if you purchase items for your department, team, club, etc. you can get a tax receipt for those items! All you need to do is print out the Gift-In-Kind form, make a copy of your receipt, and email/inter office mail to the foundation office!
Payroll Deductions: Employees can pledge a contribution to Ellsworth College Foundation and funds can be directed to any entity or program. Funds come out directly from your paycheck and will be sent quarterly to the foundation. This is a continuous deduction until Human Resources are notified that you wish to stop the payment. A Tax-receipt will be given at the end of the calendar year for your donations. This is a great way to show your support for Ellsworth Community College! Print out the Payroll Deduction Form and send to Human Resources and the foundation office.
Volunteering Opportunities: We have many events throughout the year and you can help out by volunteering! If you are interested in helping and having fun at the same time, email Gwen and [email protected]
Employees Give Back--Thrive In 2025
At Ellsworth Community College, we take pride in our commitment to student success. Every day, you make a difference in the lives of our students, guiding them toward a brighter future. Now, you have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact in a visible way. With the renovations to Kruse Main, we thought this would be a great time to update the Honor Wall. We are transitioning to a Digital Honor Wall—a display that will proudly showcase the names of our donors and all who contribute to the Thrive 2025 Endowment Challenge. This initiative aims to reach the minimum endowment amount and $10,000 goal, ensuring that future generations of students continue to receive the financial support they need to pursue their dreams. Here’s how you can be part of it: For just $5.20 per pay period, your name will be added to the Digital Honor Wall for students, parents, and visitors to see—a testament to your dedication to ECC and its students. The question is: How invested are you in your students? Your contribution, no matter the size, speaks volumes. It demonstrates to our students that we believe in them, that we are willing to invest in their future, and that we stand together as a community committed to education. Join us in this exciting challenge. Let’s show our students that we are all in. You can stop into our office and sign up for payroll deduct, make a one-time payment with cash, check or CC. Thank you for all that you do for ECC and our students!
